Who Are We?

If you are new to the religious naturalist orientation, our outreach activities provide a great introduction to what religious naturalists think about, marvel at, and consider to be important. We invite you to explore with us by viewing our videos, attending some meetings, and visiting our websites and social media platforms.

You’ll find a range of topics written by and for religious naturalists, including eco-morality, spirituality and rituals, philosophy, social justice, art and aesthetics, environmental racism and eco-justice, and the implications of recent scientific discoveries.

We also have topics that will appeal to children and younger religious naturalists! Take your time. Get involved in a discussion. Drop a comment. We are all part of nature, and we warmly invite you to become a part of our wonderful community of religious naturalists!

The Religious Naturalist Association

The Religious Naturalist Association (RNA) is a non-profit corporation formed in the summer of 2014 to create a worldwide “home” for those of us who self-identify as religious naturalists.

Our stated purpose is to “encourage the development and spread the awareness” of the religious naturalist orientation.

Persons who consider themselves religious naturalists now have an affiliation option — to join (free) an organization called the Religious Naturalist Association, or RNA (pun intended). We hope that you’ll be moved to join us.
