SUBSCRIBING TO THREADS

Getting notifications by email may be crucial for info flow.
1) I have checked the last box below in options (“Notify me when a reply is posted”)
2) just to the right of my post (after posting) there is a wrench icon. In the drop down, if the Subscribe box shows a checkmark, CLICK ON IT ANYWAY TO ACTUALLY SUBSCRIBE TO THAT THREAD.
