Hello RNAers!

I’ll devote this newsletter to our website https://religious-naturalist-association.org/, reporting on some new features.

Most important is webmaster news. Almost a year ago, web designer and RNA member Terry Findley, from Victoria Canada, volunteered to spruce up our initial RNA website, generating its elegant current format. Since then he’s been terrific at adding this and that upon request. In long-overdue recognition of his excellence, he has accepted our invitation to serve as the official RNA webmaster; here’s his new pagehttps://religious-naturalist-association.org/rna-webmaster/.

During the past month, Terry has done a good deal to reorganize the home page and navigation menus. We encourage you to take a look https://religious-naturalist-association.org and flag us on anything that you think could still be improved or any features you think would be good to add.

I’ll lift up two additions.

Several weeks ago Todd Macalister queried our Facebook readers for music that spoke to their RN sensibilities. Many links were posted, and Todd has now assembled these and some others on the website here: https://religious-naturalist-association.org/music/Should you have additional ideas, please send them to Todd hereRNAcomments@gmail.com.

Also, we’ve launched a new web section called RNA Archives, where persons with a collection of authored books/articles/videos are featured. We hope this will serve as a useful resource for persons organizing — for example — a discussion group, seminar, course, sermon, class paper, or individual reading project. Terry and I piloted the site with my materials, and since then he’s added Connie Barlow, Don Crosby and Karl Peters. We hope to have many more in the future. Check it out here https://religious-naturalist-association.org/rna-archives/

This leads me to a call for volunteer(s)!

It would be wonderful if some of you would be willing to help by taking on the project of assembling materials for such an RNA Archive page for your favorite RN articulator(s). Resources for candidate names includes our RNA Advisors on the home page and our collection of books and websites posted on Varieties of Religious Naturalism https://religious-naturalist-association.org/varieties-of-religious-naturalism/. If you’re interested, please let Michael Cavanaugh know RNAsecretary@aol.com, and we’ll send you some suggestions as to how to go about doing this. Todd did a pilot run, searching the Internet for Karl Peters, and it proved to be very straightforward.

Wishing you a wonderful fall, or spring, or continued warmth depending on where you live on our splendid planet.
